Commercial Pressure Washer

If you are looking to do some industrial or commercial cleaning, you will require a heavy duty pressure washer that can not only withstand heavy punishment, but you also want a device that will work quickly and efficiently for you.  This website will guide you to which type of commercial pressure washer is best suited for your needs.  Here are the most important items for your consideration.

Hot water or cold water? A cold pressure washer may suffice for nominal jobs, but if you have a big mess to contend with, you may want to utilize only hot water or a steam pressure washer.  Most commercial grade pressure washers however are what’s known as “tri mode” and provide all three options for you.

Home pressure washers- Obviously cost is going to be a factor when selecting a commercial pressure washer, and you may considering a less expensive option commonly found in your local hardware stores.  Once again, the scope of your job will determine whether this is a viable option for you or not.  These are very good at jobs like hosing down your lawn chairs, or cleaning off your driveway or pool deck.  If your job is larger and of an industrial or commercial nature though, you will the cost savings not be a factor.  In fact if you skimp here, it will more than likely cost you more in the long run to get the job done right.

Pressure delivery- The psi on pressure washers varies greatly, even on commercial grade washers.  Once again this will depend on the actual surface that is being cleaned.  A higher psi is not always better.  You will find that a psi that is too high can damage some surfaces.  Most commercial pressure washers should have varying degrees up to 1,500 psi which should be sufficient in cleaning most anything you could throw at it.  Selecting the right water temperature is often more important than the psi of the machine.
